WHICH VEST SHOULD I CHOOSE?

Alright! before we overcomplicate things, we'd just like to put it out here 1st, that ALL Plate Carriers & Vests are suitable for ALL activities you have in mind. Running, Calisthenics, Rucking, CrossFit, OCR, you name it.

While some have a distinct advantage over others in some aspects (e.g comfort / mobility). All Plate Carriers we carry go through an extensive testing regime to ensure that they are workout worthy. 😉

 

But many times we get the question of “What is the difference between XXX & YYY Plate Carrier?”

In all honesty, this is one of the most difficult questions to answer without an idea of what you are looking for. It’s almost like comparing apples to oranges.

From an overall point of view, we can only tell you that they are of different designs. (But isn’t this answer abit obvious and sarcastic? 😅)

Of course, there are definitely many differences between each plate carrier, but it'll be difficult for us to advise you unless you are looking for a specific characteristic (E.g Comfort, Sizing, Max Load etc...)

A better question would be, How’s the shoulder padding of XXX Plate Carrier, compared to YYY Plate Carrier? Now, that’s a question that we can touch on so much more & alot easier to explain.

Another example of a good question would be, I’m looking for something that is comfortable yet compact. Which would be a better choice amongst these 2?
