All Items sold are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

All exchanges for items will only be valid with 7 days of receiving your order and will incur a flat administrative fee of $10 (this helps us with the delivery costs & repackaging the item if necessary)

Our policy lasts 7 days upon receiving your items. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Warranty Policy

All Plate Carriers, Backpacks & Pouches Carry a Limited Warranty of 2 Months from the date you receive your items. (Sale Items Carry a Warranty Period of 14 Days Only.)

Within the first 48 Hours of receiving your order, Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty Coverage

First 7 Days: ALL product defects

8th Day Onwards to end of warranty period: 

Major Defects (1 to 1 Exchange): Tear / Crack of more than half way through rendering the product unusable.
Minor Defects (Sent in for repairs):  Frayed threads / Minor tear < 5mm

*For items that are out of stock / discontinued, we will offer you an item of similar value.
