We have various tiers of delivery options to suit your needs & urgency.
SITEWIDE FREE DELIVERY (Within 7 DAYS) - FREE
This is the first and foremost service we will provide for all orders. We're not a fan of hidden costs. The price you see will be the price it takes to get it to you.
But then again, this is only made possible because we accumulate several orders around your area before heading down to cut down on our costs. If you are not in a hurry, select this option. But if you need your item urgently and yet rush us after selecting this option, do not expect us to be nice.
We seek your patience & cooperation on this, so please don't panic if you don't receive a text from us that soon after placing your order. You have our assurance that we are definitely working on it!
STANDARD DELIVERY (WITHIN 4 Days) - $5.00We mostly try to deliver your items within the first 48 hours, but in the event when volume is high, it may take up to 4 days after placing your order. So bear with us!
EXPRESS DELIVERY (WITHIN 24 HOURS) - $15.00
If you absolutely require the item urgently, we have a dedicated delivery partner on standby to send out your package asap within 24 hours of your order. Just help us make sure that there's someone home!
HOW we deliver your items.
FOR VEST PLATES , PLATE CARRIERS, BACKPACKS & ALL OTHER BULKY ITEMS
With the exception of Express deliveries, We will always arrange for a mutually agreed time slot (usually between 2-3 hours) with you via WhatsApp before proceeding down. So don't worry that the package will pop up on your doorstep one random day when there's no one at home.
It is not recommended to input your office / workplace as the delivery location as this will limit the timings that we can deliver, resulting in a longer wait time. (80% of deliveries are made outside office hours)
OR ALL OTHER ITEMS.
All other items will be posted out via SingPost. You should receive them in 3-5 working days. You will receive a notification from us if this is the case.
Do you guys offer self collection?
No, No and Strictly No. While we have some stock decentralized across several gyms in Singapore, they will only be available to their members.
Delivery will actually be faster than self collection 99% of the time.
We are not at our warehouse at fixed timings and will not commit ourselves to it. Our team is working on multiple roles & jobs simultaneously and setting up "appointments" for self collection ties down on our timings and hampers our efficiency on other functions.
We seek your understanding on this and if you require your item urgently, please opt for the express delivery option.
